I have been in mortgage lending since 1985. During that time, I have helped hundreds of people achieve the dream of homeownership. I have also seen the dramatic change in affordability in our area, making it much harder for people to achieve that dream. I am a mortgage loan officer for Banner Bank, a regional bank that prioritizes CRA lending and activities with community education being one of the high priorities. A few years ago, I started learning about the Community Land Trust model and have been involved with several area CLTs. I have come to realize the importance of CLTs in creating affordable housing now and into the future. Which is the reason why I look forward to working with Homes and Hope CLT in building permanent affordable housing in Snohomish County.

I have lived in Snohomish County for most of my life. My husband, who also grew up here, and I love to travel and have been known to plan our fall/winter schedule around Seahawk home games.
