HHCLT celebrates all donations, but we have a few special programs for you to consider.  Read below to see which contribution works best for you!

*Join the Dirt-e-Dozen Gang!!  The fastest, easiest way to build our capacity is to set up a recurring monthly contribution.  Find a monthly amount that fits your budget, and we will collect it automatically monthly.  You will invest in community-based affordability that will last for generations to come!

If you want to have a more significant impact, consider our Community Legacy Program.  You shave 10-25% off the sales price of your house, receive a donation receipt for the difference, and create an attainable home for the next several generations!  We also accept vacant land and building materials, subject to review.

We are piloting another program called Community Elders, which will help seniors stay in their homes as they age, and in exchange, their home becomes part of the affordable portfolio.  The Elders’ homes are still inheritable and transferable, just as all community land trust homes.

If you want to include HHCLT in your will, we can meet to discuss the options and details—email kimt@homesandhopeclt.org to schedule an appointment.
